Pop-up infrastructure for one-night-only moments.

Event Wi-Fi, connectivity, ticketing, signage and emergency power — designed, delivered and crewed for festivals, venues and events across the UK. It appears on schedule and vanishes without a trace.

The honest version.

An event site is a small town that exists for a weekend: it needs connectivity, power, entry control and communications — built in days, bulletproof on the night, and gone by Monday. That's a very particular kind of IT, and it's one we've made a speciality.

We run the infrastructure behind real festivals, venues and events — including the ones powered by our own Wrangler ticketing and event software. One team designs the network, supplies the power, installs the kit and stands next to it while the gates open.

Everything in the plan. Nothing hidden.

01

Event Wi-Fi & connectivity

Site-wide wireless and internet for payments, scanning, production and crew — engineered for fields, not just offices.

02

Ticketing & access control

Gate scanning, box office and entry management powered by our own Ticket Wrangler platform — with hardware and crew.

03

Emergency & temporary power

Generators, distribution and UPS cover to keep tills ringing and stages lit when mains power can't be trusted.

04

Digital signage & screens

Programme boards, sponsor screens and wayfinding that update live — no reprints when the running order slips.

05

On-site crew

Engineers on the ground before doors and until load-out — because remote support can't reboot a switch in a muddy field.

06

Recurring event partnerships

Annual festivals and venue seasons on a repeat arrangement: your setup documented, refined and rebooked every year.

Repeatable by design. Predictable by contract.

  • Season and series pricing

Annual events and venue seasons run on a repeat partnership: one agreement covering every date, with your site plans and configs kept on file.

  • Scoped per site, not per surprise

Each event is surveyed and quoted as a fixed package — kit, crew, power and connectivity — so the budget holds even when the weather doesn't.

  • The same crew, every year

Repeat events get the same engineers who already know your site, your gate flow and your quirks. Setup gets faster every season.

Questions, answered.

Can you provide internet in a field with no infrastructure?

Yes — that's the job. We combine bonded 4G/5G, point-to-point wireless links and satellite where needed, then distribute site-wide Wi-Fi for payments, ticket scanning, production and crew. Coverage is planned from a site survey, not hope.

Do you supply ticketing as well as the network?

Yes. Our own Ticket Wrangler platform handles sales, box office and gate scanning, and because we also build the network it runs on, entry keeps moving even when the site is at capacity. One supplier, no finger-pointing.

What size of event do you cover?

From village halls and beer festivals to multi-gate sites with thousands through the door. The engineering scales; the attitude — turn up early, stay until load-out — doesn't change.

What does 'emergency power' actually cover?

Temporary generators, power distribution and UPS protection for the systems that must not blink: tills, gates, production and safety systems. We can run whole sites off-grid or simply stand ready behind unreliable mains.
