Private cloud infrastructure
Dedicated virtual environments sized to your workload — performance that's yours, not shared with strangers.
Private cloud, virtual servers and hosting that live in UK data centres — never oversold, backed up as standard, and managed on a monthly subscription by the same engineers who answer your phone calls.
01 Overview
“The cloud” usually means someone else's computer in an unknown location with a support queue to match. Ours is different: UK data centres, capacity we never oversell, and the engineers who run it are the ones who pick up your call.
Whether you need a single hosted application, a private cloud for your whole business, or a hybrid setup alongside Microsoft 365, we design it, migrate it, and run it — for a monthly fee that covers compute, storage, backups and support in one line on one invoice.
02 What's included
Dedicated virtual environments sized to your workload — performance that's yours, not shared with strangers.
Websites, applications and data hosted in UK data centres — clean answers for GDPR and data-residency questions.
The right workloads in the right place: M365 where it shines, private cloud where control and cost matter.
Planned, rehearsed cut-overs — usually overnight or over a weekend, with rollback ready and nobody locked out on Monday.
Every plan includes encrypted backups and a recovery target we've actually tested against.
We watch performance and growth so upgrades happen before slowdowns, not after complaints.
03 The subscription
Compute, storage, licensing, backup and support bundled into a single predictable subscription — no surprise egress fees or usage spikes.
Add capacity when you grow; hand it back when you don't need it. You're never paying for a server bought for the busiest week of the year.
Your data is yours. Standard formats, documented configurations and a written off-boarding commitment in every agreement.
04 FAQ
Predictable cost, UK data residency and a human on the phone. Public cloud is superb for elastic workloads, but many business systems run steadily year-round — where private cloud is typically cheaper, faster to support, and free of billing surprises. We'll happily run hybrid where each suits.
In UK data centres. That gives you straightforward answers on GDPR and data residency for clients, auditors and insurers — no transatlantic caveats.
Migrations are planned and rehearsed, then cut over out of hours — typically overnight or across a weekend. We keep rollback options open until the new environment is proven, and we've yet to leave a client locked out on a Monday morning.
Subscriptions flex in both directions. Capacity reviews are part of the service, so scaling up is planned ahead of need, and scaling down is a billing change, not a penalty negotiation.
