Lines and phones that never drop the ball.

Business-grade connectivity and cloud telephony on subscription: leased lines, fibre broadband, VoIP phone systems and automatic failover — installed, monitored and supported by one accountable team.

The honest version.

When the internet goes down, business stops — and when the phones ring unanswered, it might as well have. Connectivity is too load-bearing to be a cheapest-bidder decision, and too fiddly to manage across three different suppliers who all blame each other.

We supply and manage the whole chain: the line, the network, the Wi-Fi and the phone system — on one monthly bill, with one number to call when anything misbehaves. And because we monitor it all, we usually call you first.

Everything in the plan. Nothing hidden.

01

Leased lines & FTTP

Dedicated fibre and full-fibre broadband with the bandwidth honestly stated — and honestly delivered.

02

VoIP phone systems

Cloud telephony with call routing, voicemail-to-email, mobile apps and Teams integration. Your number, any device, anywhere.

03

Automatic failover

A second path (fibre or 4G/5G) that takes over in seconds — so a dug-up cable outside doesn't stop you trading.

04

Networking & Wi-Fi

Office networks and wireless designed for how you actually work — guest access, VLANs and dead-spot-free coverage.

05

Proactive line monitoring

We watch latency, drops and usage around the clock, and raise faults with carriers before you've noticed.

06

Transit & interconnect

Upstream transit and networking for businesses with heavier infrastructure needs — spoken fluently, priced plainly.

Repeatable by design. Predictable by contract.

  • Everything on one bill

Line rental, call plans, hardware and support in one monthly subscription — no more triangulating between carrier, phone vendor and IT company.

  • Per-seat telephony

VoIP is priced per user per month. Hiring? Add a seat in minutes. Seasonal team? Scale back down just as fast.

  • Monitored end to end

From the socket in the wall to the carrier's core, we watch the lot — and we chase the carrier, so you never have to.

Questions, answered.

The old phone network is being switched off — what do we need to do?

The UK's analogue phone network (PSTN/ISDN) is being retired, and anything still relying on it — phones, alarms, card machines, lift lines — needs a digital replacement. We audit what you have, migrate your numbers to VoIP, and make sure nothing critical is left on a dying line.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Yes. Numbers are ported to the new system, and staff can answer them from desk phones, computers or mobile apps — including your existing published numbers that customers already know.

What happens to our phones if the internet goes down?

With failover in place, traffic switches to a secondary connection in seconds and calls carry on. Even without it, cloud telephony means calls can instantly divert to mobiles — the number keeps ringing even if the office doesn't.

Do you install and support the hardware too?

Yes — handsets, routers, switches, access points and cabling are supplied, installed and supported under the same subscription. One team accountable for the whole chain means no inter-supplier blame games.
