How does Visitor Wrangler handle GDPR?

Far better than the paper book on the desk, which shows every visitor who came before them. Records are encrypted, retention periods are configurable, data lives on UK infrastructure, and exports for subject-access requests take clicks, not archaeology.

What happens during a fire alarm?

Reception staff open the live fire roll call on any phone or tablet: everyone signed in, contractors included, with check-in photos where enabled. Marshals tick people off at the muster point — no chasing a wet paper book around a car park.

What hardware do we need?

A tablet or kiosk at reception, plus an optional badge printer. We supply, configure and support the hardware as part of the subscription, or you can run it on your own devices — it's a web-based platform, so there's nothing exotic to maintain.

Can visitors pre-register before they arrive?

Yes. Hosts invite visitors from Outlook or Google Calendar; guests get directions, parking notes and anything to sign in advance. On arrival they check themselves in within seconds, their badge prints, and the host gets a notification.
